By downloading, accessing, or using IQPlay, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the application and related services.

2. Eligibility

IQPlay is intended for users aged 13 years and above. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should use the application under parental or guardian supervision.

3. Purpose of Platform

IQPlay provides educational games, duels, logic grids, number flash, sudoku, and memory puzzles. The content is provided for informational and educational entertainment purposes only.

4. User Accounts

Google Sign-In is optional and may be used to save bookmarks, progress, and Arena rating states. When choosing a unique username, profile nickname, country, or state, you agree to provide non-offensive, respectful, and appropriate information.

Impersonation, harassment, use of hate speech, or offensive language in usernames is strictly prohibited. IQPlay reserves the right to suspend accounts, reset usernames, or remove user content that violates these rules. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all actions taken under your account.

5. Guest Mode

You may use IQPlay as a guest without registering an account. In guest mode, your settings, progress, streaks, and scores reside locally on your device storage and could be lost if the application data is cleared. Guest players are eligible to participate in matchmaking duels inside the Arena, utilizing a temporary anonymous identifier (e.g. "Guest Player").

6. Arena Gaming and Multiplayer Features

IQPlay offers interactive duels ("Arena") across several skill categories (GK, Math, Logic, Memory). By participating in the Arena, you agree to participate in ELO-based matchmaking matching you against automated bot players or other human opponents.

Detailed stats of Arena games (such as time spent per question, accuracy splits, scores, and username pairings) are recorded on the server to generate post-match analysis graphs, coordinates, charts, and leaderboard tiers. This matchmaking data, including your username, country, state, and match score timeline splits, is shared and displayed to your match opponents to provide transparent detailed insights.

You agree not to use automated scripts, bots, hacks, or cheats to manipulate matchmaking performance, solving speeds, scores, or ELO ratings. Violators will face permanent rating bans and account termination.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the application, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the application, distribute harmful software, interfere with the service, or use IQPlay for illegal purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

All application content, branding, logos, graphics, text, design, features, and software belong to IQPlay or its respective licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the service without prior permission.

9. Third-Party Services

IQPlay may use third-party services such as Google Sign-In, Google Play Services, Firebase Cloud Messaging, cloud hosting, database infrastructure, analytics, and performance monitoring services. Use of such services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Notifications

IQPlay may send notification updates related to Arena challenges, streaks, and quiz reminders. You can enable, disable, or customize notification preferences from the application settings or device settings.

11. Premium Features

IQPlay may offer optional premium subscriptions, advanced learning tools, or paid educational features in the future. Any premium offerings will comply with Google Play Billing requirements and applicable laws.

12. Disclaimer

We try to provide accurate and useful educational content, but we do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, current, or error-free. Users should verify important information independently, especially for exams, official updates, legal matters, or government-related information.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IQPlay shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the application.
