• Anonymous device identifiers
• Firebase Cloud Messaging token
• Arena gameplay records: match scores, solving times per question, ELO rating updates, correct/incorrect response tags, and matchmaking timeline data
• Usage and performance information
• Learning progress and activity records
• Advertising identifiers or ad interaction data when ads are enabled

2. Guest Mode

IQPlay can be used without creating an account. In guest mode, progress, streaks, and preferences are stored locally on your device.

Guest players may participate in Arena multiplayer match events. During guest matchmaking, the user is identified by the system as "Guest" or "Guest Player" to the match opponent. No personal identifiable information is shared. If you later sign in with Google, eligible local learning data and Arena rating history may be synchronized with your account.

3. How We Use Information

We process your data for the following purposes:

• Provide educational content and interactive learning experiences
• Track learning progress, quiz performance, and Arena duel statistics
• Maintain streaks, rating tiers, and achievements
• Facilitate multiplayer matchmaking and coordinate rating points (ELO) distributions
• Display player profiles (username, display name, country, state, rating, and match timeline stats) to other users during matches, on dashboards, and on leaderboards
• Generate and display shareable result banners containing match outcomes, display names, and ratings
• Provide notification services
• Improve platform reliability and performance
• Prevent abuse, cheating, and secure our services
• Provide customer support when requested

4. Notifications

IQPlay may send educational notifications related to daily facts, quiz reminders, and Arena matches. Users can enable, disable, or customize notification categories and schedules from the application settings.

5. Google Sign-In

IQPlay offers optional account access through Google Sign-In. When you choose to sign in, we may receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We do not access your Gmail messages, contacts, files, calendars, passwords, or any other Google account information.

6. Third-Party Services

IQPlay may use trusted third-party services necessary to operate the platform, including Google Sign-In, Google Play Services, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Google AdMob, cloud hosting, database infrastructure, analytics, and performance monitoring services.

Google AdMob may show ads and process device, advertising, and interaction information according to Google policies. Depending on your settings and applicable law, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.

You can manage ad personalization from your device or Google account settings. IQPlay does not sell your personal information.

7. Advertising

IQPlay may display banner and interstitial ads to support free access to educational content. Interstitial ads may appear at natural transitions, such as before opening detail pages or match history results. We aim to avoid misleading, disruptive, or excessive ad placement and keep ads separate from primary content.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or monetize your personal information. Information may only be shared with service providers that assist in operating the platform and only when necessary for service delivery.

9. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to protect user information against unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

10. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide services, maintain platform security, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our agreements.
