1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and IQPlay / UptoIndia. By downloading, installing, or playing Snake Hole Escape, you agree to be bound by these terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use and uninstall the application.

2. License Grant & Restrictions

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to download and play Snake Hole Escape for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on supported mobile devices.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the application source code.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on game assets, artwork, audio, or logic.
• Sublicense, rent, lease, sell, or commercially exploit any portion of the software.
• Attempt to circumvent security, anti-cheat, or digital rights management mechanisms.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to Snake Hole Escape—including all software code, visual assets, artwork, animations, sounds, music, puzzle mechanics, and trademarks—are the exclusive property of IQPlay and UptoIndia. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. Virtual Items & In-Game Currency

Snake Hole Escape features virtual items including in-game coins, stars, and XP:

• Virtual items are licensed on a limited, revocable basis solely for entertainment purposes.
• Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash or tangible goods, and cannot be refunded.
• Virtual items cannot be transferred or sold between user accounts.

5. Fair Play Policy

You agree to play the game fairly. Using automated bots, memory editors, speed hacks, or modified binaries to manipulate scores or leaderboard rankings is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or progress reset.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Snake Hole Escape is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IQPlay and UptoIndia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the game.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
