• Account Information (Optional): When you authenticate via Google Sign-In, we process your verified email address, display name, unique Google user ID, and profile picture to maintain cross-device cloud progress.
• Gameplay & Progression Records: Cleared levels, high scores, move counts, stars earned, total XP, coins balance, daily challenge completion status, and streak milestones stored securely on your local device and synchronized with our encrypted cloud servers.
• Device & Diagnostic Telemetry: Device manufacturer, hardware model, operating system version, screen resolution, locale/language settings, and anonymous hardware identifiers.
• Crash & Performance Diagnostics: Stack traces and crash event telemetry collected through Google Firebase Crashlytics to resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks.
• Push Notifications: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) registration tokens used solely for optional daily challenge reminders and streak alerts.

3. Third-Party Services & Advertising

We integrate verified third-party service providers to deliver game features. These third parties process data under their respective privacy policies:

• Google Play Services: Platform authentication, licensing, and security APIs.
• Google AdMob (Google LLC): Displays advertisements. AdMob may process advertising identifiers (GAID/IDFA), coarse IP location, and ad interaction telemetry in accordance with Google's Advertising Policies.
• Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics: Anonymized application performance monitoring and diagnostic reporting.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging: Delivery of service notifications.

You may manage or reset advertising preferences on your device via: Settings > Google > Ads > Delete advertising ID or Opt out of Ads Personalization.

4. Children's Privacy

Snake Hole Escape is designed as a family-friendly spatial logic puzzle game. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union).

If we become aware that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected without verifiable parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that data from our servers. Parents or legal guardians may contact us at [email protected] to request review or deletion.

5. Data Rights & In-App Deletion

In accordance with applicable privacy regulations, you have full control over your personal data:

• In-App Account Deletion: You can permanently delete your unified IQPlay profile, cloud save progress, and leaderboard rankings directly inside the game settings by selecting "Delete IQPlay Account".
• Local Progress Reset: You can reset your local device progress back to Level 1 anytime via Settings > Reset Snake Hole Progress.
• Data Access Requests: You may request a complete export of all data associated with your account by emailing our support team.

6. Data Security & Retention

All network communications between the mobile application and our servers are encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3 / HTTPS). Authentication credentials and session tokens are encrypted using hardware-backed secure storage on your device.

We retain gameplay data only for as long as your account remains active. Upon account deletion, all associated personal records are irreversibly purged from our database.
